Wonderland in Alice

Dear animators, please take note on how you playblast your animation. In the playblast, I should see title safe and action safe. Also, you should hide all the controls (nurbs curves) and cameras. Please also select the character/s and press 3 for the smooth mode.

Dear texturers, the wonderland rigging process is completed. I have put the scene file in the New asset project - environment- wonderland- wonderland_master.ma . Please do not changed the placement of any of the objects/ props especially, the "curved hills". If you changed it, my animation will be ruined. I want the wonderland texturing, general lighting (as in lighting not according to each shot) to be done by this Friday. I also want the UV of the house exterior to be done this week.

Last week, Evelyn showed me the interior house scene for the lighting and texturing. I feel that the whole room is too pinkish. I feel you have overdo it. I prefer the original colour for curtains. Also, I don't see much obcessions. Maybe the reason is because there isn't enough bunny drawings?

Cheryl and Merissa, I noticed your progress is slow. Please work faster. According to my planning, you need to finish all the texturing and general lighting of all the scenes by end of first week of September. Then, you will need to proceed to the adjustment of lighting and textures according to each individual shots. So, PLEASE WORK FASTER.

Dear Qing Xiong, I need your edited alice by this wednesday. As for the mum, I need you to tell how long you need to finish the rig/ blendshapes. Please tell me as soon as possible. thanks.

Dear Hui Sian, I don't know if you have been viewing the blog, I need you to tell me the exact date of when you coming back. You have a lot of shots to do and to edit. I need to plan a special schedule for you. Plaese reply as soon as possible.
