This week is week 7 for IAP. I need everyone to work on this project together as a team as I know some of you have done nothing.
Dear Qing xiong, I need the rigging of Alice to be done be this week so that the animators can start reanimate the character. If you have no time for rigging of dad and mum, it's okay. I will reschedule the time. BUT I must have Alice to be done this week.
For the animators, I am so sorry as most probably we have to redo the animation again, but we will do tracking of the animation. I will explain more about tracking on Friday meeting. Please do not be frightened about the word "redo" . It's not like we have no guides in the animation.
Dear Merissa, for the concept of wonderland, please give me the detailed sketch of the wonderland as soon as possible before Friday so that we can further discussed and I can model the place as soon as possible. I need the wonderland to be done in order for me to proceed to the redoing of animation. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT MISS ANY MORE MEETINGS! WE HAVE DISCUSSED BEFORE THAT WE WILL HAVE MEETING EVERY FRIDAY BUT THE ATTENDANCE IS GETTING POOR. PLEASE! IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT, TRY TO ARRANGE IT IN OTHER DAYS!

ReplyDeletefor the wonderland i commented about the feedback and i will keep things minimal... so its fast and easy to model actually more editing the existing model we have.. the whole complicated island thing is in the BG so it is not needed to model...
the details wise i will try to draw on the screen shots.
